It is pretty easy to become complacent in your eCommerce marketing strategy. Especially if you are already seeing some results. But you know what? You could always do better. So much better.

The first one is video.
And we all know that it's huge right now. Something you ignore at your own peril.
It is by far the best top of funnel conversion asset. It works perfectly right from where people spend most of their time: on their mobile phone or tablet within a social media network. And the video can literally be nothing but a customer testimonial.
The other thing you need to have in your eCommerce marketing strategy, especially for warm or hot traffic, is good old traditional content. This including both direct pitches or soft sells.
