Spencer talks about the perks of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). He enjoys the fact that he never has to personally touch his inventory. His eCommerce business is completely hands-off for him. The appeal of Amazon's customers to buy products using Amazon Prime is a “prime” reason for Amazon sellers to use FBA to move their inventory. Spencer shares,
“But that’s the biggest X factor in this business, just getting the inventory lead times and staying in stock…”
One of Spencer ‘s biggest challenges has been keeping his product in stock, and figuring out how to place sufficient quantity levels to keep up with customer demand. What a good problem to have!
